USA TAG? Request need

I saw many problems but now i am going to starting new about very serious Problem.
USA clan Tag --> "*USA*" I viewed many scripts that is Depend on ini files means when player registered on server a *.ini file will created.. I saw that anyfile dont support Special Character like */ \ | etc so plz my request is that plz change the style of USA from *USA* to [USA].....

the main problem is that many servers cant support * special characters so it needs sim[ple like [] characters SO plz
